Their head captain is Captain Smasher!

Captain Smasher: "Once a pirate Gargantuar, he was soon laid off after a...destructive ship battle with a the ship a Scuba FootSoldier in suburbia JUST GOT! He soon found himself walking across the barren wastelands in the Rockies, soon found and taken to the Rocky rebels base, he became a road hog of the Sandy seas!"

His Car: "The Sinker!" (A pirate ship based car)



Crazy Cal: "He's crazy!!! He likes smashing stuff and he likes causing big explosions!"

His Car: "The Imp-Possible V.2!" (now with small motorcycle escape pod!)



Rock-Hard Henry: "He's a Loud guy, it's the reason Z-Tech stopped using these guys as their troops. He soon found himself racing for the Rocky rebels, Shredding Track and Shredding sick Riffs!"

His Car: "The Rock N' Roller!" (Think Mad Max guitar car for a minute)



Cit-Terror: "This citron was badly injured in a battle towards the edge of the Rockies, he was taken in and patched up the best way the Rocky rebels could. To keep his mind at bay he was told he could race around the track a few times, and soon he loved doing it!"

His Vehicle: "The Tire-Slasher!"



Cap. Wheel: "This Rambo pea wanted to race his whole life, and fire off big guns! Now he gets to do both!"
